Mira is a small independent store. All products are handmade and prepared with care and time. Due to the nature of handcrafted work, each piece is unique, which is a core value of our brand.

We make every effort to photograph products clearly and in detail. However, very slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to lighting, the nature of materials, or differences in screen displays. These variations are minimal and expected in handmade items. This clarification is provided to protect both the customer and the store and is not intended to cause concern.

All content displayed on this website, including images, text, designs, names, and logos, is the property of Mira and may not be copied, used, or reproduced without prior permission.

Prices displayed on the website are subject to updates. In the event of an unintentional technical error in pricing, shipping fees, or product details, the customer will be contacted before the order is processed to clarify the issue and reach a fair agreement. The customer will always have the option to proceed with or cancel the order.

Orders are officially placed through the website. In some limited cases, standard (non-custom) orders may be accepted via direct messages (DM). However, the website remains the primary and official ordering platform.
Custom orders are not placed through the website and are handled exclusively through Instagram direct messages or email, as they require discussion and approval before execution.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order, including name, phone number, shipping address, and email. The store is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

The store is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist and follow up with the shipping provider when necessary.

In the event of any issue, concern, or misunderstanding regarding an order, product, or service, we clearly and firmly believe that all issues should be resolved through communication, mutual understanding, and agreement before any other action is taken. Direct communication with us is always the first and essential step.

The store is not obligated to provide compensation or accept claims outside what is explicitly stated in the store’s official policies (Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, Return Policy). The store is also not liable for indirect damages resulting from misuse or unrealistic expectations.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if there is suspicion of misuse, false information, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

By using this website, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and accept full responsibility for any activity conducted using your information.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada. Any dispute will be resolved amicably whenever possible, and if not, jurisdiction shall fall under the competent courts of Canada.
