Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across Canada and the United States.

- Canada: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on distance from Ontario (typically $4.99 CAD to $5.99 CAD).

- United States: We offer a flat shipping rate of $9.99 USD for orders under $45 USD.

Free Shipping

- Canada: Free shipping on all orders over $45 CAD.

- United States: Free shipping on all orders over $45 USD.

Processing & Delivery Time Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after confirmation of payment. Estimated delivery time for both Canada and the USA is 7 to 35 business days, depending on location and shipping conditions. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, seasonal volume, or customs processing for US orders.

Tracking & Shipping Method

- Orders are shipped using Standard Delivery services to keep shipping costs affordable for our customers.

- Important: Our standard shipping does not include a tracking number. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and VIP accept that full tracking details will not be available for your order.

- Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has been dispatched.

Customs and Duties (For US Customers) Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied by their country. However, most small orders under $800 USD typically do not incur extra charges.

Customer Responsibility Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information, the customer will be responsible for paying the reshipping fee. MIRA is not responsible for lost deliveries caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Order Finality (No Cancellations or Returns) All sales are final. Once an order is placed and payment is completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or exchanged. By placing an order on our website, the customer confirms acceptance of all store policies.

Damages or Errors If there is an issue caused by our error (such as sending the wrong item), customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will provide a fair resolution at our discretion. We are not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.
